HADI DARWISH
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Hadi Darwish brings a unique blend of energy, expertise, and passion to Tru Air Advisors (Tru Air Advisors). A graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU) with a degree in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration, Hadi has cultivated a career built on a foundation of sales experience, operational knowledge, and client-focused excellence. Having worked in sales since the age of 16, he quickly developed a talent for building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering results — skills that have seamlessly translated into his success in aviation.
Hadi entered the aviation industry in April 2017, and quickly discovered a deep passion for the field. He was drawn to the breadth and complexity of the industry, the caliber of the clientele, and the unparalleled quality of the product. For Hadi, aviation is not just a career — it’s an exciting, dynamic, and highly rewarding industry, where knowledge, experience, and attention to detail create meaningful opportunities for both clients and operators. He describes the industry as “cool, sophisticated, and one of the greatest to work in,” and channels that enthusiasm into every aspect of Tru Air Advisors operations.
Outside of aviation, Hadi enjoys traveling, playing and watching sports, and continuing his education in aviation, sales, and leadership. He is married and shares his home with two dogs and a cat, balancing his professional dedication with a rich personal life. Under Hadi’s leadership, Tru Air Advisors is guided by honesty, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, delivering private aviation experiences that are both seamless and exceptional.
CHARTER ADVISOR
ERVIN QUINTANA
Ervin Quintana graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Drawn to the opportunity to work for a growing, close-knit company, Ervin saw joining the team as a perfect match for his own goals of professional development and meaningful contribution. He values being part of a company where ideas are heard, efficiency and effectiveness are priorities, and growth is a shared mission. His long-term ambition is to reach a point where he can mentor others in his role—passing on the same drive and knowledge that helped him succeed.
In his position, Ervin embraces both the challenges and rewards that come with the aviation industry. He understands that building strong relationships and learning the nuances of the business take time, patience, and resilience—especially in a role where perseverance through rejection is key. With a background in sports, he channels his competitive spirit into his work, always striving to improve and “win” each day. The collaborative environment, exposure to different departments, and the excitement of working with aircraft are what he enjoys most about being part of the team.
