HADI DARWISH

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Hadi Darwish brings energy, expertise, and passion to Tru Air Advisors. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration, Hadi built his professional foundation in sales at the age of 16. Early on, he developed a natural ability for building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering results, strengths that have defined his aviation career.
Hadi entered the private aviation industry in 2017 and quickly discovered a lasting passion for its complexity, sophistication, and high standards. He was drawn to the caliber of clientele, the dynamic operational environment, and the responsibility that comes with delivering exceptional experiences. For Hadi, aviation is more than a service, it is a craft that requires knowledge, precision, and unwavering attention to detail.
Under his leadership, Tru Air Advisors operates on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and client-first excellence. His mission is simple: provide seamless, transparent, and elevated private aviation experiences every time.
Outside of aviation, Hadi enjoys traveling, playing and watching sports, and continuing his education in aviation, sales, and leadership. He is married and shares his home with two dogs and a cat, balancing professional dedication with a full and rewarding personal life.
ERVIN QUINTANA
CHARTER ADVISOR
Ervin Quintana graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He was drawn to Tru Air Advisors by the opportunity to grow within a close-knit, forward-thinking company where ideas are heard and excellence is a shared mission.
In his role, Ervin embraces both the challenges and rewards of private aviation. He understands that strong relationships are built over time and that resilience and persistence are key in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. With a background in competitive sports, he brings a disciplined, driven mindset to every client interaction, always striving to improve and deliver winning outcomes.
Ervin enjoys the collaborative culture, exposure to multiple facets of the aviation industry, and the excitement that comes with coordinating aircraft worldwide. His long-term goal is to mentor others in the industry, passing on the same drive and knowledge that have fueled his own growth.
Outside of work, Ervin enjoys watching and playing sports, especially baseball, as well as fishing, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. His greatest joy is time with his daughter, Natalie, who inspires his commitment to building a future defined by growth and opportunity.
CAITLIN DEEGAN
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
With 20 years of experience in aviation and charter, Caitlin Deegan brings seasoned insight and a client-focused mindset to Tru Air Advisors. Her aviation career began in Los Angeles at a renowned operator, where she spent five years in customer service while supporting the charter department, laying the foundation for her expertise in high-touch, high-stakes client relations.
She continued pursuing her passion for aviation by joining a worldwide aviation consultancy, where she spent 14 years refining her craft. Her bespoke service approach, deep operational understanding, and ability to build lasting trust allowed her to serve elite clientele across major international markets including London, New York, and other global hubs. During this time, she also mastered the art of arranging flights for major music tours and A-list movie productions, managing complex logistics with precision and discretion.
Her success in cultivating long-term relationships and growing new business opportunities ultimately led her to open and lead the company’s Chicago office, where she built and scaled a high-performing team from the ground up.
Caitlin welcomes a bit of humor and lightheartedness in what can be a complex but deeply rewarding industry. She is fully committed to making each trip seamless, unique, efficient, and memorable.
Outside of aviation, Caitlin is a proud Wisconsin native and lifelong Packers fan who lives in Chicago with her husband and their dog. She brings the same loyalty, competitiveness, and enthusiasm to her clients that a Packers fan brings to life in Bears territory.
